R eiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is derived from the Japanese
word “Rei” meaning spirit or sacred and “Ki” meaning energy. Some other translations are “universal life force energy” or “divinely guided universal life force energy”.
The Art of Reiki is gentle and safe yet a very powerful holistic healing method. Reiki heals on physical, mental, spiritual and emotional levels as well as past and present issues. Reiki is excellent for our animal companions because it is the only holistic healing system that requires no restraining the animal and is non-invasive. There are no conventional medical therapies to be found that reestablish harmony and treat chronic emotional issues in our animal species, but reiki provides this gift.
In my practice I have seen miracles through Reiki, it can heal on any or all levels of being and it will always go to the root of the problem. Often animals can sense this great gift for their well-being and will seek it out and become active partners in their own healing process.

I have been around animals all my life. I have worked in animal services for 15 years and have done extensive rescue work with all different types of animals. My Reiki practice is focused on all of our companion animals including exotics, feral, wild and rescue animals that share our lives and touch our heart and spirit.
I make house visits since the animal is most comfortable in its own environment.
Distant Reiki is available anywhere. (It is especially good for animals that are anxious around strangers or too frightened of humans). -
